Thank God we have nine games this week.

With the Richmond and Carlton teams coming tonight I thought we'd get this thread firing up now.

Thoughts on a dilemma I suppose many people will have this week...?

To start Langdon on the field against the Swans based on Round 1 performance? Or...
To start McDonald on the field against doggies and hope he bounces back?

First world problems....

I wondered how long it would take for this thread to appear ;)

I'll be starting Langdon on the bench.. Just because if he spuds it up, I'll have one hell of an advantage against the other 300,000 Supercoaches who started him on the ground :thumbsu:

I also have a decision between Michie, Ellis and Dunstan for my M7 and M8, totally stuffed that one up last round, and Laidler and Langdon on my bench cost me a few thousand ranking places so have to get that one right.

Dunstan M7!
with M8, I have to choose out of Aish, Ellis and Michie... think I'll start Ellis though :thumbsu:

Yeh I think Ellis is probably the safest pick of the three, scored 66 and had a very quiet game outside of the 2nd quarter, should be better for the run.

That's not a bad point, Jiska.

Struggling to work out whether McDonald had an off day or if Langdon pulled one out of you know where. Im thinking McDonald at this stage could be my choice.

Also another reason I may go with McDonald rather than Langdon is that I missed out on Langdons 110 in Round 1 but still managed to end up ranked 1,700 with McDonalds points.

1,700th*... not on 1,700points.. :P

Same, and I will keep LMac on field. I think he will get much more time and space to rack up SC points with that raking left boot.

Probably bench McDonald as Bulldogs generally play a defensive/contested forward whose role is to provide grunt at stoppages forward of the center and stop an opposition rebounder.
At times that may mean an experienced player is on McDonald.

Or the Kangaroos could come out and spank the Bulldogs and McDonald could fly along with the rest of the team and post a decent SC score :D

BL McDonough owners!

Well, McDonuts gives me the captains loophole option if nothing else.
I hope Currie and Webster play. Having one not play every week would be lovely.:D

Disregard my idiocy. :mad::(:oops:
