Im a bit wary that off the 6 day break we may need some more midfield run

IN: Hewett, Brock
OUT: Yeo, Lindsay

Brock in to make the defense taller plus find some midfield time for Baker
Hewett in as Yeos natural replacement. If Hewett deemed not fit enough I think Lindsay stays in and Allan goes into the midfield

Advocating dropping Lindsay is a bootable offense.

Yeo -> Hewett

Need another tall for Sydney I think. Ginbey takes Curnow, Young on McDonald, then Amartey needs a matchup, hes too tall for Hough or Allan

Newton -> Brock
Id move Baker forward to replace Newton, and play with the rough structure we had in the second half.

If Dev is suspended then keep Newton

Yeah Newton was quiet.
Thought Schoenberg had a so so game but he stays need a developed player to be a rotation.

Dunno about putting Ginbey on Curnow though after Georgiades kicked 3.2 on him.

Yeah reckon Dev is gone. Wouldn't surprise me if they did Harley too for the jumper punch. Looked like push to the chest, but also look to have clipped the chin.

Outs: Roberson, Yeo, Cripps
In: Hall? Owies, Brock

It was an obviously deplorable game from Cripps and his round one effort was bog average as well, was literally handed 3 in the goal square last week but gee. Won't happen of course. Losing 2 big Bodies from the midfield I feel like we will need bring one in and send one of either Hough or T Mac in there, so obviously bring Sandy in and play 2 tall defenders. I'm not sold on this whole Rhuben can play on anyone because he's the most versatile back in the league and an AA calibre dominator. He's struggling, needs some time taking the #3 forward to reassert himself.

In: Hewett, Hall
Out: Yeo (inj), Robertson (susp)

Didn’t see the WAFL and sounds like very few held themselves to a great standard, but we’ll need midfield rotations. Not sure that Hewett’s ready for a full game yet, but also not sure who else to turn to.

Could get creative and move Schoenberg on ball with a small to come in, all getting a bit lean in the middle again if we lose two blokes at once.

Out: Yeo (curse), Robertson (susp), Duggan (ankle)

In: Macrae, Champion, Bazzo/Maric

Emergencies: Maric/Bazzo, Cole, whoever played reasonably yesterday (might be hard to find someone)

I think Robertson will get a week for that tackle. Harley probably a fine for the shot on Butters that slipped high. Duggan went off injured late, not sure if he came back on but looked sore.

Macrae to get a chance and Schoenberg to play some midfield in the absence of Yeo and DevRob. Champion in as a forward.

A chance to bring some height into the backline if Duggan does miss, not sure if that’s Bazzo or Maric. Brock hasn’t played for a few weeks so I’d play him in the WAFL.

If Duggan is alright, Champion to miss out, Schoenberg to stay forward and one of McCarthy/Allan/Baker/Hough to spend more time in the middle.

Brock needs to come in for me.

If Hewett is ready then:
Hewett and Brock in
Schoenberg and Yeo out

Both scenarios see Bo Allan moving forward to cover Yeo

Fine for Robbo for me ....use the good guy Pendle's excuse

Honesty I think Hough should be really considered to be dropped

Something is wrong with him this year...he has been very poor so far

Hasn't beem great, but he did miss half of the preseason.

Yeo and Robertson are huge outs. They're contest and tackling have been a huge part of our improvement this year. Big bodies in stoppages is what we've been crying out for and having Yeo, Harley, Graham, Kelly and Robertson in there has been huge.

Didnt Newcombe just get off a sling tackle a couple of weeks ago because the guy he tackled wasnt hurt?

Butters was fine, Dev should get off. He wont, be he should

I think the guy he tackled had his arms free? That makes a difference when you're making things up on the fly about how to not suspend league favourites.
