Play Nice RPCB - VG board Community Leader

Better late than never to announce this.

RPCB is a new Community Leader of this board, say hi. What's a Community Leader? Besides a cool highlight on their name to separate them from the common plebs they also have some light moderation powers so just consider them as one. RPCB has been a regular contributor and helper in anything Playstation related which is the platform that dominates this board. In the future we may consider similar roles for those of other platforms as we try to rebuild this board towards a bit of what it used to be.

We should add that if anybody is genuinely interested in filling a role similar to this for Switch/Xbox/PC - please do reach out and we will consider it. As dwwaino said, we are trialing it with PlayStation as the board does tend to lean in that direction, but we are very keen to expand the representation of other devices.
