You're going on about it too much now. There is such a thing as a more inadvertent racism where you do connect people because of race even if you don't think you're being derogatory.
Most of us suffer from this. Doesn't mean we shouldn't be aware of it. The stereotypes still misinform and hurt people.

Regarding Sampi , it would depend upon whether they sense a real urgency from him . Remembering that the PSD is a junk draft and usually ends up in a hack. I would also be looking at other de-listings and maybe there will be someone better
