Episode was enjoyable but not as good as the first season. Thought it was a bit disjointed compared to the first three episodes.

I thought it was better than the first 3, did seem a bit disjointed though. That said I've never been a fan of Moffat as a writer, completely tanked the last season of Doctor Who.
A great start to season 2. As enjoyable as season 1, but a slightly different feel. Without the need to give the background of Holmes in the 21st century it did jump around a bit more and took until the first 15 minutes in until it felt settled.
Enjoyed Holmes being a bit more of an action man himself though. 'How many times did he fall out the window?'.

There can't be too many television episodes in history that have covered a timeframe of over a year!
The issue of the timeframes was the only thing that rankled with me. Other than that, just amazing. Had to rewind a few times to make sure I could actually keep up with the story!
