London is screwed. England is screwed. 30 years of neo-liberal imbecelic government has come back to bite it on the arse.

Me with my USELESS arts degree though, I just got offered a new job at a 50 per cent payrise, and the last wage wisnae too bad at all.

Might be added that smack dealers on Russell Street have the moral highground on anyone wanting to work in the London financial 'industry'.

That's the gansgter enclave that's bankrupted Britain.

At least smack dealers give you something for your money.

The City of London wastes your money, takes more and then you lose your job.

Anyway, the thread is about if people sould move to London and the categorical answer is no.

The place is rooted for a good while. Not permanently as its position alone means it will always be viable. But the good times are over for a long time, maybe a generation.
