So he's a definate. He wouldn't say what the deal was.... but also wouldn't deny that it was Morrison ---> Melbourne Thompson ---> Adelaide Stenglein ---> Perth. We may have chucked in a 2rd round pick as well. Wouldn't admit that either but didnt deny it

From what I gather the Crows offered the WCE something the other day and the Eagles must have accepted.

From this I don't see how Melbounre can be involved. If WC have accepted Adelaide's offer then wouldn't Melbourne have to have agreed aswell. Our 2 clubs can't just discuss what the trade is and then tell Melbourne what's happening (although that's be pretty funny)

I think it's increasingly likely that it'll be a two club deal.

i was talking to chad's dad here in melbourne. he reckons that chad wanted to some to a side that is going to be successful in the near future. the dees will be not to bad in the years to come. so i can see the deal working out. however, wouldnt like to see our 2nd round pick thrown in as well!!!

sounds great to me, id prefer we keep the second round pick for more horse trading, we still have a bit on the table with braun, wirra, chambers, johnson and pick 12, so if weve got stinga with only morrison, it still gives us some leeway to chase some other good stuff on trade week.

if thompson is involved then that obviously means he's signed with adelaide. i have a feeling a 4th club may involved who will take morrison off our hands and give something to either adelaide or demons.

not sure what the trade would have been if only 2 clubs were involved after they stated only afew days ago there is no way they want a draft pick.

Mushie; of course they would be happy for Stinger, he is a good mate to all the Crows.
