Following the discussions on the ratios thread i thought i would open up a thread on pointers for key lifts. Personally i never felt comfortable deadlifting or squatting until i saw the below by well know strength and conditioning coack mark ripptoe.

Accidentally came across this a few months ago and have used this to correct my squat and deadlift forms. Slowly working back up to my old 1RM but with better technique.

Great for people starting up or finding progress difficult. Thanks for sharing.
