I think that the coaching game has passed him by.
Whenever we have a "crunch" game he cannot seem to motivate the players and on game day he has lost his edge.I understand that the boys have to fire up but at the end of the day the coachs job is to get the side up and ready to be competetive on a weekly basis. We can all agree that is not the case at the moment.
The acid needs to be put on him and the coaching group as well as the players .
I am not sure what the solution is but it might be time to explore other options because TW doesn't seem to be up to it.

His coaching style represents unaccountable footy and thats not the style that wins premierships.We need a style that focuses on defensive pressure and tackling.Just look at statistics and you can clearly see its related to success.
The other major problem at Richmond is drafting and player development.If anyone is to blame its the people who continually draft the wrong types.
Do they have gyms down at Richmond?I have never seen so many skinny people.

The thing that irks me the most is that the club will come out claiming the K.P.I. count and all that other bolloxs. Pre determined interchange moves suggested by a sports pyshio that have nothing to do with how the game is unfolding.

One of two things happened today T.W.

1. You gave the team a goold old spray and they didn't respond and got smashed.

2. You continued with the kid gloves theory and got smashed.

Either way it just is not good enough and if I hear you come out in the media and say anything beyond it was a piss poor effort all round I'll be sick!

Don't think he needs to go, but he needs to cast his eye over our list and see our strengths, and our weaknesses.

Strengths:
We've got pace. White, Tambling, Deledio, McMahon, Cotchin, etc.
We've got a dominant forward in Richo, and competent crumbers in Brown, Morton, Edwards, etc.
Got some very good, albeit under-rated tall defenders in McGuane, Thursfield and Moore.

Weaknesses:
Don't have the footskills to control the ball for long periods.
Our tackles don't stick.

Play to our strengths Terry. Play a free-flowing game plan where each player has to work his backside off. Make the midfielders use their pace to get the ball in to Richo and the fleet of crumbers.

Don't play this over-possessing stuff. We can't do it.

We need to do a lot of work over the off-season on our tackling and defensive pressure.

Everyone has to work hard, they have to want to wear the Yellow and Black.

Terry has one year of his contract left, let's not be making any decisions until this time next year.
