The Toca Race Driver is the UK version of the V8 Supercars Race Driver. They are exactly the same game, but just promoted different in each different country.
I have the V8 Race Driver on PS2, and while it doesn't have the Holden Racing Team in it (due to their sponsorship with EA Sports)
, its still pretty good, especially when you knock Craig Lowndes off the track at Forest Elbow while he's leading!
I just wish they had all of the V8 tracks in it - They only have 7 (Adelaide, Canberra, Bathurst, Sandown, Oran Park, Eastern Creek and Phillip Island), but they needed all the others like the Gold Coast Indy track & QLD Raceway, or have all the tracks as hidden tracks which you could unlock. Also, it would be cool to be able to drive the V8 cars on all the other tracks they have in the game - how cool would it be to drive a Holden at Monza, Catalunya or even Suzuka? Its all the copyright laws they have out these days.
