He's well liked at the club. The whole list is on good terms right now from what I hear. You have your quiet ones like Blaine Johnson but even in games we saw the boys get around him.
Probably the first time since the turn of the century (or earlier) where our list hasnt been dominated by an unstable and/or overbearing personality. Fevola drafted in 98. Waite had been around since 2001. I dont care what you say about Waites loyalty, he was a pretty selfish kind of character and both of those guys were as talented as they were egotistical. The whole is greater than the sum of the parts and it is a net gain for us finally being done with Waite cas the boys that lead the club can now lead the club instead of having these undermining characters that destabalise things. 2014 was the year of the example where we said "no more" to having these types of characters continue to get games based on talent who werent toeing the company line. Even with an underdone list based on pre season surgeries, we still dropped them when they didnt do the team things. Waite, walked. Garlett, traded. Robinson, delisted.

I honestly think we are going to shock the AFL with how much we turns things around this year. Watch this space.

Couldn't agree more.
Too many want to keep a lid on things. Lower targets mean less disappointment.
Tommy Bell is one with heaps of upside and will continue to improve................
..............however he is not guaranteed a berth, Whiley, an improving/developing Cripps and Graham, Daisy, Juddy, Carrots fit,
with the new boys also staking a claim.............This is going to be fun

You couldn't have been more spot on, hopefully this is just the start of a better culture of the club players and shows that we are all in this together and if you don't perform as a player or abide by the rules you won't just get a slap on the wrist.

From what I have seen Bell looks to fit in the squad well and even in the interviews he seems comfortable and happy.

Looking/hoping for Bell to step up this year
