I was just wandering whether international cricket is broadcast on fox sports? Say like the India v South Africa test right now, is that available to watch on foxtel?

Yes. Fox Sports broadcast most international cricket outside of Australia. I can't find their 2018 schedule but here was 2017 to give you an idea of what they broadcast.
