Probably best for your sanity, they have some very rudimentary keeper tools. Teams are remembered and managers can nominate keepers, but for some unfathomable reason a manager has to manually(!) enter every single one by hand. Custom player positions are not remembered from year to year (forcing you to manually enter them all yourself)
