Footy's not over, at least not in the USA.
The USAFL Nationals - the biggest AFL tournament of the year for our league - are being held the weekend of October 15-16 in Sarasota, Florida (location changes each year).
Austin Crows are the reigning Div 1 champs, and are going in again warm favourites.
33 teams will compete across four divisions. The women's comp will also be competing at the nationals.
We were in the dumps for a few years, but have had a bit of a revival year in 2016. We're the surprise packet that's leaped from Division 4 last year to Division 2.
The seedings for the men's tournament are here:

Would be nice for the footy media in Australia to give some coverage to the USAFL nationals. To have 30+ teams across the US compete in a major national tournament on a yearly basis is a huge success story.
