Dry chocolate, stale bikkie and a token amount of jam and marshmallow to keep up appearances. Arnotts even has the audacity to put them in single-serves like they're some delicacy.

What are your experiences with these truly tasteless, overrated snacks?

How bad is it when you're a kid at a party and you're expecting fairy bread or party pies and then the birthday kid's old man brings out a tray of these?

Any parent who serves that shit should be waterboarded immediately.

An Arnotts product because Arnotts bought out their main competitor who created it.

Wagon Wheels as a concept are delicious - still find the old fashioned ones at the odd bakery. Propper ingredients, tonnes of filling etc.

The old Weston's one's - now Arnott's- are these days a pretty thin, shitty, flavourless, cheap mass-produced things that don't represent the majority.

Poor OP actually. It's like eating a soggy quarter pounder and declaring all burgers terrible. Get out to a good bakery.

The real story here imo is how radiojake can get out of bed every day in the knowledge he steals wagon wheels from local bakeries

We need some of the famous bigfooty strongmen to come in and tell him why he's a scumbag imo

I swear they used to be better- i remember coveting them somewhat

But yeh came across some recently and i thought 'did i actually like these or have they changed recipe? Rubbish '

Yeah I remember the Weston's ones being a bit of a prize as a kid.

I used to like them as a kid but kids like almost any sort of confectionary and one of the reasons they were so popular is they were cheap like Chomp bars.

I haven't had one since they changed to Arnotts so no idea what they're like now but they don't look much different to the old Westons ones.

You think thats bad last time i was in PNG, which was a while ago, Arnotts factory was pumping out salada's in two packs although it could have been singles.

A lot like smarties in that regard. I loved them as a kid but tried some a few years ago and they tasted almost a bit like plastic chocolate.

These ones are pretty good. Can think of much better snacks/biscuits though.
