We Need Muston now !

I think we really need muston to debut asap, from all reports and from what I have seen he is the speedy midfeilder that we so desperetly need, dermie keeps on raving on how good he is and how
he beat croad in a sprint and croad is very fast and wasnt happy that muston beat him.
Does any one why he hasnt debuted yet ?

This thread is pretty stupid, I dont think he will do anything drastic to help the team win in his young career. He played one game in the preseason and looked good but isnt defensive at all. I want him to play, but no need to rush him.

I get your piont but The fact is we dont have a great natuaral speedy midfielder, only ones that we tried to build into fast midfielders, and i think we desperetly need someone who will break the lines and i think muston will, I mean why not debut him, moss had one game,thorp had one game,little had a game, thurgood for crying out had a game, I know good things come to those who wait, but if we can give a cupple games this year to give him a taste he will be hungry preseaon to get more games.
I am not too fussed if we dont make finals anyway coz next year was our year to start....

I dont believe pace is as much of an issue, we are still great on the rebound, its just disposal. Muston does have a good kick and I would like to see him in, and as we have seen he is an outside 50 threat. I hope Ellis is moved up field more so he can have more of a crack at spotting up forwards.

I was saying it because yes he is a good player, but by no means do we "need" him. He has played one game at senior level, and his performance didnt reflect anything that says he is the vital piece to our team. Our midfield is attacking enough with out him, and it has been said that Musto is poor on the defensive side of the ball, which seems to be our poorest part of our game. So to say we need Muston in the team is stupid.

He will come in when ready, but by no means he HAS to be in.

Ok, I see how this is suppose to work. We get beaten on the weekend because we had a mostly inexperienced forward line, and were missing our best midfielder( not to mention a skill level onpar with an under 16's level comp)...so in order to counter this we debut another kid, even if he doesn't deserve it and hope he dominates in a position he's hardly even played well at when at Box Hill.

Im not sure if i'm allowed to talk DT on our board but i hope Muston does not play too many games this year to put his price up for next year. Him and Tuck will be the first two i pick up. I reckon he won't help us too much this year but will definitely be in our best 22 all next year.

If we don't beat the Dons, we don't deserve to make the finals IMO - they're a rubbish team playing above them. Now I'm expecting a barrage of insults from Dons supporters - sorry guys, but hey it's only my opinion.
