"Welshpool Station Incident"

Transperth is currently operating rail replacement buses on the Armadale and Thornlie Lines between Perth Station and Cannington Station due to an incident at Welshpool Station.

Seeing as this wrecks my day's plans, does anyone know anything about this or what happened?

Can only hope nobody has been killed.

Apparently suicide by train is more common than you'd think, but they generally avoid publicising such incidents.



That not to say this neccessarily is the case here.
