To get an aphatar, go to user cp up the top of the screen.
then go to edit options
then scroll down towards the bottom and change the aphatar

Unfortunately you have to find your own little picture though!

If you want a picture then go to any website and right click on the picture you want then choose 'save picture as" and give it a name. You then need paintshop pro or another picture editor to resize it to 50 x 50 pixels maximum. Save it then upload it using avatar in cp.
