Why wasn't Hall dragged?

After giving away two 50m penalties, thus conceding a goal to a full back, why wasn't Barry dragged? Any other player would have been. Is this behaviour expected of Hall, and therefore acceptable? Thoughts?

Maybe somthing to do with the time left in the game. Why drag him at that stage, when you can belt him one behind closed doors

I reckon at that stage Roos couldn't be arsed anymore. Shocking decision though and I thought the free against Hall for 'pushing' against Hunter was crap. I will stress though, especially to Eagles supporters, it didn't affect the result.

Shocking decision. One against Jones(?) earlier when he ran through the pack and was caught, no free. Hall had no prior opportunity.
