are they still legal? i signed a contract a year or so ago and still am getting paid the pitiful amount when the award is 3 dollars higher

AWA? I signed mine 1.5 years ago. however I get paid a higher rate and work less hours than normal perm staff?
I dont mind it, except when I have to do overtime without pay.
