For those who don't want to wait for ESPN's coverage to start in Australia, the first 2 2007 WSOP are available to download on most torrent sites.

I wont put the addresses here, but most of you will know where to look.. :thumbsu:

I remember finding a URL to watch the 2006 ME FT live.

I reckon one of us will find a link for this year's coverage.

Watched the mixed holdem championship last night.
Steve bilirakis goes on an absolutly nuts and destroys everyone.

Looks like TILT is returning this year to compliment the WSOP. Im expecting a 3 hour Tuesday night of Poker on ESPN, its good because I missed the finale first time round.

Not a new series, just a repeat.

Been watching a lot of the 2007 WSOP although I had watched most of the final table when it was on live. Yang did indeed have Jacks when Childs laid down Queens on a baby flop.

And for those that haven't seen any of the final table, when most of us thought Jamie Gold was a terrible WSOP ME winner, Jerry Yang is ten times worse with his Jesus-babble.

I hope he's the last Jesus freak to FT at the WSOP ME.

Hilm and Childs both played horrendously. Watkinson took an unnecessary stand with A7, but really, who else on that table apart from laosbox yang would have called that all in with A9?

Some cringeworthy moments:

Hilm calling a yang 10xbb raise with KQo OOP, and then floating on the flop with a gutshot to a pretty big bet.

Hilm calling another big raise with 85dd and going broke.

Childs folding the QQ. What a moron. TBH I think his dad influenced the fold heavily, and even when Childs was folding I think he knew in his gut it was the wrong fold. I don't know why he complicated matters for himself by just flatting it preflop though. Just get it in there against such a lagtard.

Yang going into the tank to decide to call to call a three way all in Lam + Rahme with K8o. What a moron.

And Rahme's exit. He had played pretty well up until then. But he just couldn't lay down Kings on an ace high board. He could have got Yang off the hand, but his table talk was disastrously bad following the all in move. When Jerry asked him what he should do, had Rahme just said "I think you should fold unless you have AQ beat", or something like that would have got Jerry off the hand. Instead he said "play you cards", "play your hand", and all this ******o crap. Moran.

However, I thought Kravchencko, Lam, Khan all played well. Had Kravchenko won his last flip, I think he would have taken it down.

Wasn't it painful to watch Childs looking at Yang as he was about to fold his Queens face up?

Yeah man I was cringing when he is like "Jerry I'm going to show you some respect", then he hesitates for a second, and you think he's going to make the call, and he commits to the fold, faceup. Omg, so bad.

They cut down heads up play to one hand? Thought heads up this year was far longer than any other WSOP main event in recent memory but the commentators were like "Yang showing aggression early"...

Pretty much agree with everything Armwarmer said. That 10x BB raise... I see that all the time in micro-donkaments and I often see crap like 34o coming up. Someone will probably end up calling with 85s and win the hand.

I thought the god stuff was a bit over the top. "Please god give me an Ace?" "Please god let me win"... Come on.

Didn't see many moments of skillful postflop play - no great laydowns, no brilliant bluffs, just all-in preflop luckfest.
