Cars & Transportation Yearly Metcard

Hi guys was just wondering if anyone from Melbourne could tell me if I'm able to purchase a yearly metcard or whether I have to convert to Myki? My yearly ticket expired on the 28th and I was wondering if I could get another one or do I have to convert, its mostly for use on buses.

Myki is still being rolled out and has all sorts of flaws, yearly metcard is the way to go. Worst case scenerio is you will have to transfer your metcard value over to myki but I can't see that happening in the next 12 months.
