If they were going to force a trade, they'd have informed all and sundry that they were intending to match a couple of weeks ago, and started campaigning for whatever inflated trade price they were expecting.

Like Essendon with Daniher, and Adelaide with Crouch.

So excited to see him in Navy Blue. Always caught my eye, even in his early GWS days, as a guy with some serious skill. Managed to elevate himself really quickly after being picked up as a rookie at club already brimming with talent.

Awesome pickup for us, but equally great reward for Zac getting a big long-term contract.
