I really thought the US were home, awesome win from the Europeans, one of the best Ryder Cups there's ever been, easily the best one I've watched live.

What a wonderful day of golf. Full credit to the guts and passion of the Europeans to do what they did. Those putts by Rose on 17 and 18 to beat Phil were clearly the turning point, but as Monty said on the Sky broadcast, even the guys that lost extended their matches to show the other players to stick to the task- Hanson was especially tough, even though he lost 2 up.
Great closing ceremony- I think Jose cut short his tribute to seve because he knew he wasn't going to make it through without breaking down. I think i would have done the same in his shoes.
The Yanks will be super pumped for 2014 in Scotland- shoudl eb a great return match.
