Realistically thought what could Vickery say? "Oh my arm slipped when I punched him in the face" wouldn't cut it.

I nearly posted at the end of my last post "but let's see the WCE fans someone make this of further proof that he is a complete dog", but I thought that was too cynical

4 was at the high end of what I thought reasonable/likely

I'm more miffed at the 2 weeks McKernan got for elbowing Sheppard in the head last year. That was worse than what Vickery did imo

Looks like 5 weeks with a reduction of a week given Vickery couldn't enter a guilty plea.

On the night there was a genuine concern that Cox may have played his last game so emotion was high and there was an over reaction as a result

I'm surprised that the reaction has continued until now particularly once it become apparent that Cox had no structural damage
