Bauer did a very good job on Ben Brown. BB was wasteful but was a big ask from Bauer who looks like an AFL player in the making. Still not sure if it'll be back or forward though.

Great win those backline boys were great.
Ross whilst good can’t hit the side of a barn with his kicking and unfortunately Dow just cannot hold onto the ball he is physically weak.
Treizse looks great, Brindley is terrific and Teal looks a gem. McDonough how is he not still afl listed ?
Good stuff lads

It's starting to look like the backline is his best position. We are very well stocked for young key defenders.

What a sensational win v an unbeaten Casey littered with premiership demons and what we had 3-4 afl listed players , bravo , a lot of promise among those VFL boys , more about that later ,,, meanwhile get both Ross and Dow into the bloody seniors , we could do with dows creativity and Ross uses the pill well . While losing every week if we can’t find a spot for those two we’re kidding ourselves , have I mentioned Bauer yet , now being schooled as that extra defender , get him in the bloody team
lots of talent amongst the VFL boys ,,,tresize is a good mover and highly skilled, med sized defender , I can see why morro talks him up , brindly shows a lot of promise too , light but looks like he knows what he’s Doing out there

Will be interesting if the club have re assessed and will throw Gibcus forward once he returns from injury

Bauer looks great down back. He was a good finisher up forward but looked a little lazy watching on TV. Reads the play really well, looks natural to him. Have always liked the VFL listed Joel Nathan, not sure if he has a stand out attribute to be on an AFL list and is a little rough around the edges but gee he competes hard no matter where he is playing. Will be a star at state league level for years to come.

Kid is only playing his 2nd game at the level and looked right at home and some smart things he done that looks afl standard
should have been drafted last november but missed out. Im hoping we take him in the mid season draft

Looks a great Vlastuin replacement in 2-3 years time

That pisses me off. How can they let Dunstan loose in forward 50 like that.
Had a nice chat to Mr Dunstan from the fence
All class from luke( very sarcastic) campaigner of a man wouldn't piss on him
If he was on fire,

And Broad will be straight back into the seniors next week so I can't see him getting a call up any time soon unless we get an injury. Once Nank or Soldo come back in to ruck and push Miller back to the VFL, maybe Bauer will be moved up forward again.

Were Casey given an extra goal here? The AFL website is showing Harmes' last goal as a weird double goal and I could've sworn we were up by more when the scoreboard went off.
No they were very late ( almost 5 minutes) putting on the scoreboard demons 10th goal
That might be what happened

Ross definitely needs to be playing seniors soon. Dominating VFL level whilst we have players in the seniors who don't have Rossy's determination or work ethic.

Bauer very good today and looks like he could make it in the AFL as a 2nd or 3rd not so tall back option (Grimes-Broad). Banks looks solid without being a standout, Ross looks OK but still too slow to make an impression in the AFL, and Dow shows no presence and like his brother may be past his prime by the time he has the body to play with men
