Your probably right but Josh has the persona and brains to stand up to kenny and not lay down would be an Interesting coaches box
hinkley is like poison he will kill off anything that is around him he is not a head coach he needs to go and bring fresh talent into the club. His day is over and he has proven he is not up to it.
The way we were slaughtered in the prelim is unforgivable!

David Hale has joined the Hawthorn coaching panel, might open the door for Jaymie Graham to Port as he was interested in Hawthorn.
Collingwood mate in Melb. Told me graham interviewed very well for the Collingwood job and was impressive and only just missed out to Mcrea

He would be zero chance of cracking the Hawthorn job for at least 3 years.

Of course, people here will say he would be waiting another 10 years at Port to displace the incumbent ... what's his name again? ;)

stability is key. We won heaps of games this year. We will be back better next year with a link to membership renewal. fu** off clints
Please put together an alternative board we can petition for.

Even if it is zero % chance of success it puts pressure on the incumbents.

Monty was on Bob and Andy yesterday talking about how he got traded out of Western Bulldogs to Port. It was an bloody enjoyable listen.

Classic Choco the first time he meet him is around 8.30 in and then at 10.25 in he rattles off the coaches he had at Port in the lead up to the 2004 flag and Bob and Andy in their ignorant Victoria way, were stunned by how deep and good that coaching group was.

Good move. Let's face it, Monty is the main man in that coaching team now so it's good that they've given him the most critical portfolio.
Yep Im hoping this is a test run for him to see if he can take over the head coaching role in 2023. Im honestly not convinced either way on him right now, but Id have more faith in him as head coach than anyone else in our current coaching ranks.

At least he's a professional and a actual man

little old battlers port adelaide from that tiny suburb in adelaide with our innovative ways will be the first club to have co coaches in 2023 - congratulations to bassett and montgomery :) :) :)

“Having reviewed the season in consultation with Ken and our coaches, it was determined that we needed to freshen up the roles within our coaching group, and Brett agreed after four years working at the club that this would be a good time for him to also pursue new opportunities,” Davies said.

Remove the guy who is quite new, got promoted last year to the midfield line. Keep the old fossils.

What a load of crap that statement is when Dinosaur Donuts is still there.

I guess we can officially blame Brett for not picking Hayes?

"“Under his tutelage... our midfield showed strong improvement using innovation to deal with the problem that key injuries presented to us. "
