Such a shame Williams went down, he was looking so fit in the preseason, was hearing good things. Can't help but wonder where he would fit in with our current team. He looks fit in that photo, hopefully rearing to go round 1 next year.

What age group are you in?

Windows is here. Relax.

Rehab group:
Kemp, Doc (did a few drills but then rehab), SOS, mcg and acres (both same as doc).

Dow didn’t train.

Doc back in main group. Just a bit managed.

MCG has been doing this all year. I reckon he trains once a week.

Change of direction drills now. Hall movement work. Clearly needed as dropped off the last couple of weeks.

I’d say kemp is managed from that corkie, looks fine. MCG looks fine. Acres they just didn’t want to risk contact. Cripps is flying.

Sos doing laps looks fine. Maybe a chance week two of finals. Did a lot of running.

Kennedy training fully. Looks ok.

Acres is a beautiful runner.
