id like to see fantasia repay the faith. been very underwhelming

He’s building, hasn’t played for 2 years. Treat him like a bloke coming off 2 knees, his confidence in his body will come soon and then it’s jackpot time

Like that Voss has swung the axe.

Owies was shithouse, but that was his worst game of the season and he was ill too going into that game.

Durdin survives, looks like Ollie, Kemp and Carroll's consistent poor discipline is what cost them there.

Binns was a late decision to play so goes without saying he will make way.

Fanta I reckon will be sub.

Cunners uses the ball well usually and is reliable in front of goal. Good in, this stuff about making him earn his spot back with all the outs we have, was really just nonsense. Maybe the plan will be to move Cotts to the wing and Cunners plays forward with Elijah.

Cerra back in is huge. We will have our best midfield line up on paper all year.

Cinc was always going to come in after seeing that interview with Richo. Defensively, he's a good in, will be hard at it and will push himself to the limit to earn his place back into the team.

Young stays in because of Cox.

Looking pretty good, Kemp missing shouldn't hurt too much given they have a relatively short forward line.

I tell ya what.... I bloody love Voss.
When is the last time we had a coach hold our players to account both publicly and then followed it up at team selection.

Very much a ruthless "no passengers" approach.

Bloody love it.
Been a very long time since we've been in a position like this.
Yeah, love the ins. Surprised about Kemp but love the approach.

I’m seeing a few comments in here like statements being made and Vossy swinging the axe personally I don’t see it that way at all, Vossy has always been conservative with team selection which is not necessarily a bad thing however we have dropped 4 of the 5 youngest players from last week.

Cerra is our 3rd best midfielder and a certain starter so that’s an easy swap for Carrol who has really struggled.

Cunningham and fantasia are clean, don’t panic and don’t go chasing cheap kicks for me they are both in our best team whenever fit, Binns is a mile off senior footy and while Ollie is a little stiff someone else had to make way.

The only ? for me is kemp missing but that looks more a match up selection for cox/cameron with Young preferred, I’m very happy Cincotta is back he is tough and you know he gives 100% every week. He should play every week in a negative role on the oppositions best small and free up Boyd and Saad as much as we can.

How about lowering the eyes more tomorrow night and not kicking directly into Moore's direction where he'll intercept with ease like our game last year where Moore was intercepting anything an everything coming his way.
Blues by 19 points for me in a tough game.
Well Charlie did kick 6 goals on him last time in a good win. Happy for a repeat.

I have a feeling they’ll try play Maynard on Curnow.

Frampton to McKay / Moore on TDK and then as the loose when he’s in the ruck.

That would be a very bold move... Maynard can match it with Charlie physically, but aerobically and in the air Charlie will destroy him.

Looking back at last year, we played Weiters, Kemp, Gov and Marchbank... seemed to cover their forwards quite well, it wasn't until Howe went forward in the last quarter which caused a bit of a match up headache.

Some dynamics have changed this time, we don't have the foot speed of Saad and they have Hill playing. Also, they had McStay and Mihocek while swinging Cox forward so it made more sense to go taller.

absolutely love the changes, team is much better balanced and perfectly suited to our opponent. I wonder with Ollie out whether we rotate Cez and Walsh from on ball to wing and then have George is the only pure on baller with both Cripps and Kennedy spending small periods forward. Great mix if we go this way.

Agreed. Feels like a significantly stronger team this week. We're still really missing Saad in particular. Not to mention Gov and Marchy. But reassuring to see Cincottas name back there. You know what you're going to get with him.

Cerra back will mean less minutes for Kennedy in the midfield. He'll probably end up in the backline a bit more.

Wouldn't mind seeing Kennedy do some minutes on the wing when Cottrell and Acres need to rest. He presents at the ball very well and generally has sticky hands. Good user inside 50. We will need to get creative without Hollands and Binns.

I cringe every time he moves to half back as his opponent just drags him to the goal line.

I think Cez will play wing, with Williams rotating through there.
I would hate to move Walsh from on ball, as he is the Yang to Cripps. Provides all the run and drive.
