Tipping Ladder after Round Four

A pretty good round if you tipped in Round Four with quite a few tipsters getting four correct with a few others picking up three correct tips. masai went one better than everyone else getting the margin as well for a total score of five which now sees him rocket to the top of the ladder, sharing the lead with Underdog. freofan_mundy also shot up a couple of places and is now tied for third with greatwhiteshark.


Round Five Fixtures

Peel vs East Fremantle at Bendigo Bank Stadium (Friday, 2:05pm)
Subiaco vs East Perth at Medibank Stadium (Friday 4:05pm, twilight game)
West Perth vs South Fremantle at Arena Joondalup (Saturday, 2:05pm)
Perth vs Swan Districts at Lathlain Park (Sunday, 2:05pm)
Bye: Claremont


A bit of a mixed bag for Round Five with this weekend being the Easter long weekend. There's two games on Good Friday followed by a game on Saturday with Perth and Swan Districts finishing the round on Easter Sunday. Note also that Brownes no longer has the naming rights to Brownes Stadium and hence the ground has reverted to its original name of Lathlain Park. Have a great Easter long weekend and happy tipping!!

Another reasonable round for most tipsters with the majority getting three correct with a few others getting two out of the four games played. dogman74 got the bonus point for having the lowest margin since no-one picked South Fremantle to win against West Perth. masai is now the outright leader with Underdog a point behind and a host of others another point back.


Round Six Fixtures (ANZAC Day weekend)

Swan Districts vs West Perth at Steel Blue Oval (Friday, 2:45pm)
East Fremantle vs South Fremantle at East Fremantle Oval (Friday, 3pm, twilight game)
East Perth vs Perth at Medibank Stadium (Saturday)
Claremont vs Peel at Claremont Showgrounds (margin)
Bye: Subiaco


Onto round six and another long weekend with two games on the ANZAC Day Friday and two matches on the Saturday. Claremont plays their first game at the Showgrounds and that is also the TV game for this week, will be interesting to see how the ground shapes up with the cameras there. Both games on Saturday begin at 2:05pm. Another thing of note is the Reserves games are longer this season (not sure if anyone noticed) but the quarters are now 28 minutes in length with no time on, up from the usual 25 minutes with no time on.
