Bugger it I will start as I have to head off to work soon and will only have my iphone.

Best Live Album.

I could have chosen several.....KISS ALIVE, ALCHEMY, BARKING SPIDERS, STOP MAKING SENSE but I went for a Live Album that I have actually seen played LIVE.

Just a cracking Album with energy from start to finish. Not a poor song amongst them and has lasted the test of time. Bruce Dickinson is an amazing singer and has energy to burn, he typifies this high octane fuelled classic live album.

Use your imagination buddy, I look forward to your turn for each category :)

My choice for best live album is Unplugged, Nirvana.

It's what got me into David Bowie and for what it is I really like it. I'm not huge on Nirvana but as far as live albums go it's the best I can think. Unless GnR had a live release of appetite for destruction.

So with that in mind, here is a tune; if I can figure out how to get it on my phone..

Can I say bitch nicely? :)
Had this pegged for my pick. Great selection tayl0r.

Ok Since Tayl0r stole my pick :D
I had to think a little harder. Cheap Trick at Budokan and I like the Rolling Stones "get yer ya-yas out", purely for the name :D
It was a close call Jackson Browne "running on empty" is great too, but I had to give the nod to the great KISS with their Alive! album

here are the lads rockin out, its an awesome album that made the boys mega stars.
Produced in 1975 (2 years before I was born for those that give a s**t :D), this a gem.
With cracker songs like Strutter, Hotter than Hell, Deuce and Firehouse on it, this is one of their best albums. I love the track "Cold gin" written by the awesomely talented guitarist and awesomely talented pisshead Ace Frehley but sung by the tea totalling Gene simmons- go figure.

Any of you young folk, if you never heard of this album, raid your mum and dads record collection and check it out!!
Check out the guys below rockin out to Strutter :
