To add to the conspiracy theories....... it was a Bombers supporter that did it!!!!
To be honest, we were clearing out more of my crap (not the North stuff) and my wife found this and gave it a flick and was horrified when she realised what she had done. She knows I collect all this sort of paraphernalia and even though I hate the bloody things, she did feel damn bad about breaking it.
