Things holding each team back at the moment: Essendon: lists created by Adrian Dodoro. Tasmania: don't exist yet. Personally, I would put money on Tasmania if the odds were decent, unless Dodoro moves to them after being weeded out of Essendon.

The official men's and women's games are open now. I haven't put a team together yet. Finished 11th in the women's comp last year, so hoping to go well again. Sydney is interesting to me, since they have lost quite a few good players and I don't know how they line up. Might be some good...

New setup, new point-scoring, new players, new prizes, etc. I haven't worked out my team yet because I haven't considered the DGWs yet. One thing I will pay more attention to is points and assists over rebounds, because rebounds only count for 1 point this year.

Any solid ideas for trades yet? I think Wels suggested Flanders to Chandler, and that's something I might do.

Started a thread specifically for gameday and scores discussion. Green going well in this game. Callaghan doing okay, but not enough marks. I don't think he tackles. Rankine and Rachele's scores are very interesting.

There are goalscorer odds up at SB already. Not loving the McStay odds. Crunched in without him even kicking a goal yet. Moore very short too. Might be some value in Wingard, however. Yet to look at all the odds as I'm supposed to be working... Supposed to be.

There are reports that Devon might get traded at the end of this year. Might be similar to the Will Brodie trade in that Essendon give up something so that another club takes him off our hands. Maybe not our first rounder though.
