Ah, sorry mate. I thought we were having a laugh. You can't. Actually just put down whichever rookies you want. Crouch and Hrovat have been drafted by other teams and aren't available. If you don't have any rookie eligible players then you'll need to trade for 2 of them.

The rookie eligible players were part of the draft. So O'Meara, Crouch, Whitfield etc.. got taken pretty early on.
Whitfield looks a jet too!

Yeah, there's a few coaches in your position. Just need to message guys with more than two rookies and organise a trade if you can. I've got Daniher, Viney, O'Rourke, White, Wright, Hutchings, Currie, Docherty, Lonergan and Kennedy. I'd be willing to trade a couple of those depending on the offer.
