Of the players they deserved to have in there, Holmes was much more deserving of a spot than SDK who has been a BOG average defender this year.

That backline in general is pretty poor, their CHB is a half back flanker.

Actually Holmes hasn't been as good since he came back from injury. This season hasn't been as good as last season

Neither deserve the spot IMO, it was more to illustrate that SDK has been poor than Max has been good.

Weightman as a HFF is an absolutely atrocious call though, I'm no fan of the Dons but Martin is a far better player and actually plays that position. Poor bloke was robbed.
