Indeed, but for various reasons.

Greenwood out of contract, Garlett had off field issues.

LT is a contracted model citizen who will kick 40 goals a year. Under no obligation to trade we net a first pick in this situation or he stays.

I'd be gobsmacked if LT wants out; he's one of the most passionate guys at the club.

Having said that, he's a contracted player, so clubs would have to offer up something pretty nice to get him off of us.

Wells should follow in Monster's footsteps and retire imo, played 7 H&A games last year and so far 2 games from 16 rounds this year and he would be on pretty decent coin, if you are 30+ and you can't get on the park then it is time to hang up the boots.

We need players around during the season to get us in the top 4 and preferably in the top 2.

There was one of him jogging laps of the oval, didn't think that was quite exciting enough to post. Slow and steady with Wells. Any kind of vision of him not on crutches is gold!
