Talent only gets you so far. He just doesn’t have that intensity/dog in him to get the absolute best out of himself.

I’d love to hear the excuses that come out of his mouth as to why he refuses to run defensively and why he won’t play with any sort of intensity.

If I’m our list management team I’m definitely fielding offers for him this year. He just isn’t the type of player who will ever take us forward.

Correct! Even with a few of their best 22 out, they have a genuine crack (Hawthorn). It should be a non-negotiable

McKay was playing better footy and getting more out of himself last year, even with the entire footy world knowing he had one foot in the door at Tullamarine.
