Lol at Collingwood having such an amazing YOUNG list that is destined for success in the future, they are ranked 9th with an average age of 24 whilst we are 11th with an average of 23.8, apparently we only have a few years left in our window though
are we actually younger than them now ?

Oldest & most experienced list in the AFL over Freo
13 players over 28 next year and 7 over 30
Can't get past a prelim and are talking about extending their coaches contract before the season starts
I can't wait to watch the crash

I don't think that anyone, even the clubs themselves, knows how season 2016 will pan out. This time last year St Kilda wasn't going to win a game, Port Adelaide were certainties to make the Grand Final, the Bulldogs were a million miles away, Richmond was going to struggle/fly/mark time depending on who was guessing at the time, Buckley's Collingwood was going to make it's mark on the completion and so on and so on.
So many variables that can impact on a team's season.
Who will step up and become stars and exceed expectations, see Wood, Stringer and many other Doggies, can they maintain the rage or will they slip back.
Will the veterans keep it up for one more year or fall off the cliff, think Harvey, Petrie, Dal Santo etc at Norf.
Injuries can cruel any season, Scharenberg is only the first to succumb to a season ender.
Can those coming back from injury have a massive impact, Ablett, Prestia and O'Meara at GC can fire them into the finals, or not.
Which is the real Port, 2014 or 2015 or is it somewhere in between?
Do St Kilda really have a great young list like Denham prattles on about (when pressed the only name he can come up with is Billings!).
Will a Bomber finally snap and punch Goddard's lights out on the field, I'd love to see that.
Which list improves dramatically (hopefully ours) and which list fails to improve at all (probably Melbourne's).
We live in hope and that's what drives supporters of all teams, some are all doom and gloom, some are wait and see and some are positivity personified and it's all good.

1 guarantee in AFL is that after all is done and dusted, many lols will be accompanied by the word Norf

Sooner they just FOAD the better

We have too many teams in Melbourne, and they are the one team that hasn't grown its members, hasn't grown its revenues, and just sits on its arse begging every year

Yep that's the 2016 lists
lol

looking forward to us making the top 4 cos we're really experienced and matured while the Colonwood 'great young list' finish 12th and are building something special in the years to come :drunk:

The media talk those fukwits up every year. They'll miss the eight.

What I do know is Norf is All In!...Recruiting Sharon Ray even though a cheap selection confirms that .Next 2 years for the Holy Grail for them or they & Scott will be cooked. The beginning of the end for them will be when we finally beat them.

If you look at it:
Gains-Treloar,Howe and Aish
Lost-Freeman,Seedsman,Scherburg(knee),2x1st rndrs.
Swan and Cloke 1yr older.
They may tread water next year,But wait till the 2 non 1st rndrs start to bite and the retirement of Cloke and Swan.

Forgot to ask Infamy, where did you get this information. ?

You'd think of this years teams which missed finals, Port, Geelong and Collingwood are the teams to most likely come in. The borderline clubs to stay in the 8 will be dogs, crows, tigers and Sydney.
North are the interesting club. Their older statesmen have been playing very solid footy for a couple of years now, they have a very solid on ball division and Goldstein is a star. The question is, when a few of their older lads drop off a bit, how much is that gonna impact the teams performance? Because when it happens, it's gonna happen quickly.
