To many theories. Will he get medicaled out, he looks terrible?
Mike had the will but not the luck (could well be his own fault)Great show, crap finish. Win by default. Two winners, should have split the prize.
the one nite standers would probably pipe up and say i coulda and woulda...I love Gina. What a great bit of casting.
I'd be embarrassed to be on the reunion show if I were one of these guys who quit within a day.
Because the wallaby now knows the trap is there, and would be avoiding the location - so no point. Plus, he was demoralised at having his hopes raised and dashed so comprehensively.I couldn't believe how quick the wallaby reacted to the trap. He was so close, why wouldn't he have just reset it?
Happens quite often in the US versions too. Once they settle into a rhythm, there's not a lot to show. Mike & Gina lasted more than twice as long as the other contestants, and the show would get really boring if it was only them for the last 4 episodes.Wild how, after all the day by day stuff, they're just skipping ahead 4-5 days at a time now.
Gina lasted 67 days, which compares very favourably with the US versions - it's longer than the winners of the US seasons 1, 2 & 5 - and not far off seasons 4, 6, 8 & 9 (all of which finished in the 70s).
Mike bows out due after being medically withdrawn, having spent more than 2 months in the ulu. If you have to go out, then this is the most honourable way of doing so.
Full credit to both Mike & Gina, who lasted more than twice as long as any of the other contestants.
The bloke with the corn rows lasted 18 hours and is talking like he is jungle Jim.oh so reunion is on tonite..7:30 (recorded of course)....
so they put the 2 1-nightstanders on the same front row as the finalists...i mean...furrrrg off...
