That makes a lot more senseKing actually clarified on SEN today was that he meant Mitchell will get forced out of the centre bounce more often with Nick dominating.

It is still a dumb thing to say. You need more than 1 player in at the centre bounce... believe it or not you actually need 3 midfielders minimum. Tom Mitchell is definitely in our top 3 clearance / centre bounce players. Daicos, JDG, Mitchell are our main 3 surely. What its more likely to do is impact the centre bounce minutes of our 2nd string crew i.e. Crisp, Pendles, Adams etc.King actually clarified on SEN today was that he meant Mitchell will get forced out of the centre bounce more often with Nick dominating.

josh was just as impactful as nick I thoughtIt amazes me how one coach didn’t give Josh a single vote
Interesting that Cox and Quaynor have more votes than Crisp, who's tied with Frampton.Update for Pies players:
Nick Daicos - 99
De Goey - 50
Darcy Moore - 45
Josh Daicos - 42
Scott Pendlebury - 19
Brody Mihocek - 19
Isaac Quaynor - 15
Taylor Adams - 14
Tom Mitchell - 11
John Noble - 10
Mason Cox - 10
Steele Sidebottom - 10
Jamie Elliott - 10
Darcy Cameron - 9
Jack Crisp - 4
Billy Frampton - 4
Brayden Maynard - 3
Nathan Murphy - 2
Oleg Markov - 1
Crisp has had a poor season by his standards of the last few years. Hopefully that means he has significant upside from here. Crisp at his best will make us an even better side.Interesting that Cox and Quaynor have more votes than Crisp, who's tied with Frampton.
Fly would definitely have given Josh a vote because he was named as our coaches MVP. Reckon maybe Moore as well by Fly because I am not sure Longmuir was a fan and his intercepts kept us in it in the 1st when our clearances were way down. Fly would have recognised that.Interesting- one coach gave Josh Daicos 4 and the other one 0
Nick got a 5 and 3, Adams a 5 and 4, Moore a 3 and 0, and JDG a 2 and 1
not sure how adams got a 5. Had two clangers that directly led to Freo goals, and looked a liability with ball in hand again... except when being fed set shots. Even his handball to Ash in the clear was 2 metres in front of his feet. His run and grunt work is helping wear down the opposition though, but please keep him away from anywhere behind center line, so that his turnovers cant be so costlyInteresting- one coach gave Josh Daicos 4 and the other one 0

Worst take. Was by far and away our best in the first half when the game was there to be won.not sure how adams got a 5. Had two clangers that directly led to Freo goals, and looked a liability with ball in hand again... except when being fed set shots. Even his handball to Ash in the clear was a metre in front of his feet. Was clear bog at half time, when junk time began. For all the criticism of his disposal, he's actually 2nd in the league for goal assists this year. He tries to do too much a couple of times a game, but he also often does a lot.not sure how adams got a 5. Interesting split this week.
Rozee got 5 and 4.
Drew and Elliott were either 4-1 or 5 - 0.
Murphy 2 and 2
Adams and Powell - Pepper 3 and 0.
Sidebottom 1 and 0.
That's an alternate possibility.More likely:
Rozee got 5 and 4.
Drew / Elliott 5 - 0 & 3-2
Murphy 4
Adams and Powell 3 & 2-1
Sidebottom 1 and 0

McRae always happy for the oppo to tag. It could've been Ken, or it could've been Craig with some smoke and shadows.Lock it in Ken Hinkley gave Willem Drew 5 votes. Flog.
Reckon Ken went
5 Drew
4 Rozee
3 Powell Pepper
2 Murphy
1 Elliott
