1. Multiple interpretations of set rules within the season being passed onto umpires.
2. Multiple interpretations of rules player by player - enough to keep Leigh Matthews up at night and still continues to this very day
3. Mr Invisible in the worst month of umpiring history

Brad Scott

1. Kit clashes - a constant source of embarrassment week to week
2. Has zero respect for head high contact in the changing landscape with CTE at both the umpiring level and tribunal level
3. Conflict of interest with twin brother ? Umpiring interpretation changes did not seem to hinder Geelong players who had been testing the rules for a decade plus

Umpiring has been great last week and so far this week. IF they can maintain this level from now on, THEN Brad Scott has done a wonderful job after some early teething problems
