Voss was outplayed by Ross today at Marvel. He was approached by Carlton before the Blues opted for Voss. Did the Blues made the right call?

The only world in which they have a top four list is if it were a basketball team, and they only needed to have five players on the field/court at any one time...They have a top 4 list with 2 Coleman medalists and they struggle
But so are St Kilda and Collingwood...Their list is once again struggling with injuries.
Now that Membrey and Steele are back in, only King is genuinely missing from our best 22.But so are St Kilda and Collingwood...

Billings has never lived up to his potential and Jones isn't a walk up start either.
King and Webster for sure. Probably not Billings now. If Coffield is in form he is in. Hayes is the other one.Webster Coffield Billings King all best 22
Hmm not sure about that. If you have a CV that is well known then does he really need to come in and do PPT presentations and what not? Many clubs hire the person that does the best interview doesn’t mean they will be the best coach…Yes, Ross didn't want to go through the application process. It would be pretty negligent for an organisation to hire an individual who thinks they are above the club's processes.
It's about the attitude. If someone considers themselves above due process then how can you trust them to follow due process when it comes to other things like player health and safety.Hmm not sure about that. Freo seemed like they were in a pretty good position when he left?Voss seems like a nice bloke but is a dimwit.
Lyon is sharp but ultimately destroys your club, look at the state he left Freo .
Pick your poison.
Yeah I kinda got the impression he didn't, process or not.Did Ross even want the Carlton job?
Last year was their first finals appearance since 2015 and that looks like blip on the radar, they are back to being a rabble. However I was more referencing the off field side of things like allegedly sexual harassing his own staff and then freo paying hush money to keep it quite... if that's the kind of bloke you want leading the culture of your club fine, you might have a bit more success than Vossy but at what cost to the fabric of the club.Freo seemed like they were in a pretty good position when he left?
He took the most of the way through a rebuild, had them flying through half way mark of his last year before injuries hit then got the sack
They seemed in great shape last year but some strange recruitment calls and some really poor coaching has them in a pickle now
