He gets votes even in bad games. He has had alot of good games this year.
Can anyone see Mundy in the top 5. Apart from Fyfe and Neale, he has been the most consistent and played every game. Massive against Richmond at the MCG. Even 1s and 2s along the way.
Bit nitpicky but Barlow managed to sneak 1 vote in the round 23 tank game. Looks like we've paid more credit to Hill and Walters than the umps have and then not enough credit to Sandi compared to the umps.
If Fyfe is told to play up forward next season, could that affect the number, amount and frequency of Brownlow Medal votes he will receive? The top 8 to 9 finishers for the Brownlow Medal this year, have been all midfield players.
