Fantasy Draft Picks

Last year my mates and I decided to give the Draft version of dream team a go. We chose our Draft order by picking a horse in a race and where your horse came in the race is the pick you got. Worked well but as commissioner of my league I'm looking for something new for next year's Draft. Early I know but I'm interested to see what other people have done or for any ideas
