FInal Delistings

Forgive me if this is old news eveyone.

I just received an email from a mate who rang the club.

He says we delisted the following people.

ainley (poor bastard)
calthorpe
lasscock
martyn (fingers crossed)
mckernan
olarenshaw
l smith
spaull
woodley.


surprised given that i had heard that hilton might be going. also surprised that ainley got the chop.

It's very disappointing that Ainley got the chop......the club should have stuck by him for another year for moral support if nothing else.

Pretty surprised that Ainley was delisted.

Didn't Dennis say 'he's the kind of boy you want around the place'? etc

And he was an emergency prior to that ***** of an injury. Bit stiff - why delist a 19 year old who looks a half-decent player? We recruit enough hacks worse than him!

Not at all happy about Ainley! Deserved to stay on the list. Maybe there's more to his injury than we know. Noticed that Hilton is still included as a rookie. I didn't think he was still eligible. Congratulations to Teague and Harding for their "upgrades". That leaves the list at 33 but 2 are veterans so I believe that gives us 7 selections in the drafts. Maximum rookies next year is 4 so we can only pick one more of them.

Stuart Cooper hopefully. This also means we didnt use the father/son rule.
