Yeah got to “my card” in the app and it lists every game except tomorrows

Got the Richmond app on my phone now.
Can get it to say I have 1 ticket.
Can't find how to activate a second ticket for the free friend.
Not sure how I also get a couple of free kids tickets.
I'd also like to access the buy 1 get 1 free to pay for an extra 2 friends.
Trying on the laptop also.

Ahh fixed, the old sign out sign in did the trick
Not working for me.
Even Ticketek trying to buy tickets without my membership just shits itself instead of helping.
Is just rocking up and going to the members van or the Ticketek window workable?

Go to game hub and scroll down
Go to the app and click on game day hub.
There’s a link for your free ticket.
There’s also a code for free kids tickets and a code for 2 for 1 tickets.
Managed to get the Richmond member bring a friend for free ticket.
Now, just having trouble getting the 2 for 1 and adding 2 kids for free.

Same.
I've also got 2 of my kids unsure if they can finish work early enough to be worthwhile going.
Accessing a couple of free tickets would mean it doesn't matter if they become no-shows.
Getting to the point where it'll be just 3 of us going and the other 3 will have to buy at the gate during the first half if they get there.
And it's not just an old bastard like me - the teenage daughter has been trying to assist and also can't work it out.

So I can see under “my card” my sons membership account is there, but not able to switch to it to redeem his ticket - the app is beyond horrible
