A three-month delay would mean the ADRVP would not make determinations until mid-July.

No Essendon or Cronulla player has yet been issued with a show-cause notice, which would be the start of the lengthy process that could lead to possible doping charges.

Dank cannot challenge the allegations contained in his show-cause notice — which include that he administered banned drugs to players while working at the Bombers — until the ADRVP enters him on its Register of Findings.

Dank has denied all the allegations.

Now what?

1/ Minister puts his own man in over the top of Andruska
2/ meant to wrap it up by the end of April
3/ Andruska will retire a week later, ASADA without a CEO for a while
4/ in the mean time, the ADRVP has new members and they'll take months to get up to speed
5/ then...a new CEO might be appointed...if you're lucky
6/ presumably the new CEO will need a few months to come up to speed
7/ will the stars align to ensure something happens by the end of the grand final season?
8/ which grand final season you ask?
9/ take your pick, does it matter? does anyone really care?
10/ we now see how seriously the Minister is taking the taking of the syringe activity

It won't matter if they impose sanctions on players because they will all be retired by the time this is over.

How can waiting for the panel members to get up steam delay ASADA?
ASADA issues show causes. They can, and should, issue those now (or months ago) if they have the evidence. What is stopping them? The lack of a confession from Dank? Good luck with that.
