I like that he's training in a group with Edwards, Williams, Cole, Witherden and O'Neill. If we're going to be any good, they're the kind of guys who need to improve this year and it sounds like they're taking the responsibility seriously.

Melbourne sides all have to play one game at Docklands, don't they? They'd give it to an interstate team on the assumption of lower crowds, I'm guessing they're expecting a low crowd given our respective seasons last year.

I'm not sure on how they split it up between MCG tenants, but the Pies are hosting GC Suns weeks later at the MCG. I bet we'd draw a bigger crowd than the Suns. Plus we flex for MCG games whenever we can.

Weirdly we have two games each at Marvel and MCG, yet we don't venture to the MCG until R16. Guess it's better than playing the G early and Marvel later in the year.
