Lewis hit on Goldstein

Was a pathetic performance lost alot of respect for him. Claiming that he meant to spoil is one thing but the bollocks about the hawks didnt go out to be physical was just absurd.

Even BG wasnt buying it by the end.

I lose a lot of respect for people who think Lewis is going own up on 360' to intentionally striking Goldstein after he's just been given 2 weeks for careless striking. Last time any Hawk did something like that on Fox Footy, the AFL slapped them with a $5000 fine (Campbell Brown confessing he lied to get Juddy off the eye-gouging charge.)

You think because Robbo asked Lewis the "hard question", he is going to do anything but play a straight bat? How thick are some people?
What would Lewis have to gain from admitting anything besides more headlines:
"I MEANT IT SAYS LEWIS" (The Age)… "HAWK THUGS" (Herald Sun)

Lewis shook hands with Goldstein after the game and said sorry to him.
Why do people think he owes anyone else an apology?

I think he should have been straight forward and said "yes we were looking to be aggressive but not that aggressive" instead he talked a bunch of bullshit and said they were working on their first quarters etc.
