Moderators deliberately stirring

Just a question. The moderator Jiska gave myself a thread ban for a perfectly reasoned post, it wasn't personal, it didn't inflame and it was a tame post in line with other posts in that thread. Jiska then thread banned me, gave me a warning and to make matters worse, he deliberately posted and quoted that line of my knowing I couldn't reply to it.

Is this out of line?
